We have published an internet calendar to Microsoft Office Online. Below you will find instructions on how to subscribe to it if you have Microsoft Outlook 2007, Mozilla Sunbird or Mozilla Thunderbird with the Lightning plug-in installed.

Subscription Instructions: 

 

 

   1.   Go to 'Tools' -> 'Account Settings'

   2.   Go to the 'Internet Calendars' Tab

   3.   Click on 'New'

   4.   Copy and past the link above into the box and click 'Add'

 

Thunderbird with Lightning plug-in or SunBird:

 

   1.   Go to 'File' -> 'New' -> 'Calendar'

   2.   Choose 'On the Network'

   3.   Paste the above link into the box

   4.   Change 'webcals' in the link to 'http'
   6.    Click 'Finish'

 

 

 If you have an older version of Outlook, you will not be able to subscribe to the online calendar, you can however periodically come and download an update copy with these instructions:

 

 

   1.   Right click   HERE    and choose 'Save target as' or 'Save link as'

   2.   Save the file somewhere on your computer where you can get to it

 

   In Outlook:

   1.   Go to 'File' and then 'Open'

   2.   Pick the file you just downloaded

   3.   It will now show up in your 'Calendar' section
