Each of us is called by God to give of our talents and time into the Kingdom. There are two levels of involvement we want every Christian at Central being a part of.
1. The first level is servanthood ministries. Every believer should be involved in some kind of service at this level. Ministries under this umbrella would include:
security, maintanence, parking lot, set up/tear down crew and others.
2. Shepherding ministries. Those believers who are mature in their faith and have their lives in order should find a way to speak into the lives of others for the sake of influencing them for Christ. All mature believers should be in the process of duplicating their faith in someone else. This might be 2-3 people, or in the case of teachers and leaders, many people. Examples of this type of ministry are: Sunday School teacher, small group leader, youth sponsor, Children's Worker, or simply ministering deliberately and systematically to your neighbor or co-worker.
